- Purpose and Scope
This document sets out the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policy applied by Wild Casino to all account holders and persons seeking to conduct transactions through the platform. The policy establishes the procedures by which the platform identifies users, assesses risk, monitors account activity, and fulfils applicable obligations under anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing frameworks.
This policy applies to all registered users, regardless of nationality or country of residence, including users accessing Wild Casino from Canada. Canadian users should be aware that Wild Casino operates as an offshore online gambling provider and is not registered or licensed under Canadian provincial or federal gambling frameworks. Wild Casino is not subject to oversight by FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) or the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA). The AML and KYC procedures described in this document are governed by the rules of Wild Casino’s licensing jurisdiction and its internal compliance program.
- Know Your Customer Procedures
2.1 Identity Verification Requirements
Wild Casino requires account holders to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed or when the compliance team determines that verification is necessary based on account activity or risk indicators. The following documents are accepted for identity verification purposes:
- Government-issued photo identification: passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence. The document must be valid, clearly legible, and show the account holder’s full legal name, date of birth, and document number.
- Proof of residential address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three months, displaying the account holder’s full name and current address.
- Payment method verification: documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund the account, which may include a bank statement, a screenshot of an e-wallet account, or a photograph of a payment card showing the cardholder’s name and the first six and last four digits.
Wild Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle if the compliance team identifies risk indicators or if the information provided is incomplete or inconsistent.
2.2 Verification Timing
Account holders are required to submit verification documents upon request. Wild Casino may suspend withdrawal processing or restrict account functionality until verification is completed to the satisfaction of the compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account suspension or closure.
2.3 Customer Due Diligence
Wild Casino applies customer due diligence to all account holders. This process includes collection and verification of identity information, assessment of the account holder’s risk profile, screening against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons databases, and ongoing monitoring of account activity for patterns inconsistent with the account holder’s stated profile.
2.4 Enhanced Due Diligence
Enhanced due diligence is applied to account holders who present elevated risk indicators. These include, but are not limited to, persons identified as politically exposed persons or their close associates, account holders from jurisdictions assessed as high risk for money laundering or terrorist financing, and accounts exhibiting transaction patterns that are unusual in volume, frequency, or structure relative to the account holder’s profile.
Enhanced due diligence may require the account holder to provide documentation of the source of funds, source of wealth, or both. Wild Casino may require senior compliance review and approval before processing transactions for accounts subject to enhanced due diligence. Wild Casino may decline to process transactions or may close accounts where enhanced due diligence requirements cannot be satisfied.
- Anti-Money Laundering Controls
3.1 Transaction Monitoring
Wild Casino maintains an ongoing transaction monitoring program. Account activity is reviewed for indicators of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime. Indicators that may trigger review include structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, rapid cycling of funds without corresponding gambling activity, use of multiple payment methods without clear justification, and deposits or withdrawals inconsistent with the account holder’s verified profile.
3.2 Suspicious Activity
Where Wild Casino’s compliance team identifies activity that raises reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or terrorist financing, the matter is escalated internally and reported to the relevant authority in accordance with the requirements of Wild Casino’s licensing jurisdiction. Wild Casino is not obligated to notify the account holder that a report has been made or that an investigation is underway.
3.3 Source of Funds
Wild Casino may require account holders to provide documentation confirming the legitimate origin of funds deposited into their account. This requirement may be applied at account opening, at the point of a significant deposit, or at any time the compliance team determines that source of funds verification is necessary. Acceptable documentation includes payslips, tax returns, bank statements, or documentation of a specific financial event such as an inheritance or property sale.
- Record Retention
Wild Casino retains records of identity verification documents, transaction history, due diligence assessments, and correspondence related to compliance matters for a minimum period consistent with the requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. Records are stored securely and are accessible to the compliance team and, where required by law, to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Politically Exposed Persons
Account holders who are politically exposed persons, or who are immediate family members or close associates of a politically exposed person, are required to disclose this status to Wild Casino. Accounts held by politically exposed persons are subject to enhanced due diligence as described in section 2.4. Wild Casino may decline to open or maintain accounts for politically exposed persons where the associated risk cannot be adequately managed.
- Sanctions Screening
Wild Casino screens account holders and transactions against applicable international sanctions lists, including lists maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, and other relevant authorities. Accounts or transactions linked to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions will be blocked and reported in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Wild Casino does not process transactions that would constitute a breach of applicable sanctions obligations.
- Canadian Users
Users accessing Wild Casino from Canada should note that Wild Casino is not a Canadian-licensed gambling operator and does not operate under the authority of FINTRAC or the PCMLTFA. The AML and KYC standards applied by Wild Casino are those of its licensing jurisdiction and its internal compliance program, which may differ from the standards applicable to Canadian-regulated casinos.
Canadian-regulated casinos are required under PCMLTFA to verify customer identity before gambling activity commences, file Large Cash Transaction Reports for cash receipts of CAD 10,000 or more, submit Suspicious Transaction Reports to FINTRAC regardless of transaction amount, and maintain records for a minimum of five years. These specific statutory obligations do not apply to Wild Casino in its capacity as an offshore operator. Canadian users engaging with Wild Casino do so outside the framework of Canadian domestic AML supervision.
- Policy Updates
Wild Casino reviews this policy periodically and updates it as required to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or internal risk assessments. The current version of this policy is the version published on the Wild Casino website. Continued use of an account following publication of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account holders with questions regarding this policy or the verification process may contact the Wild Casino compliance team through the official support channels listed on the Wild Casino website.
